• Per Kentucky State Law, all memberships are charged sales tax. 
• Faculty or staff may pay in full (check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover) or through payroll deduction.
• Any promotions or discounts are not valid with Payroll Deduction. 
• The Individual Retiree Membership rate only applies to NKU Faculty and Staff that have retired after 07/01/2023. 
• Supplemental Membership Terms: Supplemental memberships include the faculty or staff member and the spouse/partner of the member or one dependent under age 26. 
• Family Membership Terms: Family memberships include the faculty or staff member, their spouse/partner, and dependents of the main member under age 26. 
• Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied at all times by a CRC member over 18 years old. Read our Age Requirements for Minors policy for more information.  
• All supplemental or dependent members must reside at the same address as the primary account holder and show a picture ID at the time of purchase and renewal.

• Annual Individual Membership Terms: Payment must be made in full with a credit card or check.   When the annual Individual membership is paid with payroll deduction, any promotions or discoutns are not eligible. 
• Monthly Individual Membership Terms: Payment must be made in full with a credit card or check. Monthly memberships are not eligible for payroll deduction.
• To initiate payroll deduction, please visit the membership desk and complete the required form.
• For any changes or cancellations to payroll deduction, stop by the membership desk at least two weeks prior to the next payroll deduction and complete the appropriate form.

Supplemental Membership Terms: Supplemental memberships include yourself and your spouse/partner or one dependent under age 26 in each membership category.  For students and faculty/staff, supplemental memberships only include your spouse/partner or one dependent under age 26. 

Family Membership Terms: Family memberships include yourself, your spouse/partner, and dependents under age 26 of the main member in each membership category.  For students and faculty/staff, family memberships only include your spouse/partner and any of your dependents under age 26.
